They (team of two) were professional, worked quickly (without sacrificing quality) attentive to details (tightened a toilet seat bolt I'd forgotten to mention), and went the extra mile (noticed a plaque I'd been meaning to put up and installed it). I had a running toilet that a plumber suggested I replace. They replaced the flush unit but had the foresight to not open the flapper package I'd purchased in case it wasn't necessary, it wasn't, so it was returnable. The toilet works great. This alone saved me hundreds of dollars. They patched a hole in the wall, addressed a clogged drain and flushed out the faucet aerator, took a look at another faucet (which will need to be replaced) and installed gutter guard for the whole house (2000 square feet ranch house)!
