"They worked for me for several months. They were actually really good first few times, especially the first time and at least 5 times after that. As time went on I noticed some things that I thought they were not doing but I guess they thought they were doing. We have 3 dogs and she complained about the hair. We, unfortunately, came to an impasse. The last time they came to work, I mentioned some more things and she got really upset and said that she had a heart condition and that she couldn't work for me after this. She was not happy with me. I was really upset about the whole deal too and I begged her to just forgive me and please to come back. Forgiveness was for me being so picky. I guess. She told me that I would never find anyone that would clean as well as I clean. I guess that may be true, as I know I am very picky. Since then I hired another company. I found that Bizy Bees did a much better job all the way around. Mind you they charged me $250 for the first cleaning (thought I was going to faint) and after that $125 each cleaning. I have a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. 1 bedroom is my office and I didn't have them to clean it. Then we were renovating our master bathroom, so, for many weeks they were cleaning only 1 bathroom. Going through the small reno we were doing she asked me to get the Vents cleaned and I did. Then she started charging me $175 each time because of the reno dust. I actually called her this past summer and asked if she'd be interested in coming back. I told her I'd pay her the same but every 2 weeks ($250 a month) instead of every 3 weeks. She called me back and told me that she would for $250 each cleaning since now with my new larger bathroom. I told her no way I could afford that amount and that if she changed her mind to call me back. Again, it was another disappointment. She was quite polite and told me she was glad that I had called. As I said, after all of this, I would love to have her back again with her family, but the cost is too high."

"Very pleasant personality and SUPERIOR cleaning job. I would refer them always. I have hired them on a permanent basis."

"Floors and baseboards were cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. This redeemed the last set of cleaners I had last month (two at one time, which I don’t recommend). Know there is great disparity of quality out there…but high quality is possible."

"Crystal Clean Maid Service did an excellent job! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything looking spotless. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services!"

"We hired this company for a deep cleaning of our commercial facilities, and the results were impeccable. They met all agreed deadlines, used the appropriate products for each surface, and demonstrated a high standard of quality and attention to detail. An efficient and reliable service that we will definitely hire again! Thank you Osbel"

"Sylvia and her sister performed an overall deep cleaning service on our house in Vero Beach, FL, while we were gone. We returned to a spotless home! They moved furniture to clean under rugs, cleaned windows and plantation shutters, washed and polished cabinets and much much more. Top notch company! Highly recommend."

"I had such a wonderful experience with this cleaning company and I?m extremely happy with the service I received. From beginning to end, they were professional, friendly, respectful, and very dependable. They took their time and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly instead of rushing through the job. I was especially impressed by how much attention they paid to the small details that can easily be overlooked. When they were finished, everything looked so clean, fresh, organized, and well taken care of. You can really tell that they take pride in the work they do and genuinely care about leaving their customers satisfied. Their communication was also great, and they made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It can be hard to find a cleaning company that is trustworthy, consistent, and actually delivers quality work, but this company definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their home, office, or business professionally clea"
