"Don and the entire team of 3 additional workers were superb to work with. Don made sure he completely understood the scope and quirks of our project AND provided an accurate estimate. He was consistently timely with communication and responses to any of my inquiries. The team of three with Don's assistance worked for two days to complete our project. Other contractors who worked solo were giving us time estimates of 6+ days. As we wanted to keep a tight timeline to reduce our time without our kitchen, we found this team approach was perfect. In addition, when they needed to finish up a final coat of ceiling paint they offered to come back after dinner so that the next day contractor would not be impeded. They were all professional, neat, and did superb prep work. We had a large between room wood door frame with damage, that they did a fabulous job of filling - with paint it looks brand new again. They also took care of some ceiling water damage and areas that were problems on 1941 cabinets, again not show after painting. They prepped and painted a multi pane window above the sink (with water damage) beautifully. I would highly recommend them!"

"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."

"I hired Zef to finish my basement and he exceeded my expectations. It was done timely and for a fair price. I also had him paint my kitchen cabinets and we fell in love with our kitchen. Zef is my go to for any home project that I don’t have the time or skills to do myself. He even patched a hole I put in the wall that I wasn’t able to fix myself. "Worked hard but seemed rushed. Did a poor job of protecting the floors, doors and windows. Disappointed that they only used a flimsy poly sheeting not heavier paint tarps. The poly was not secured other than at the baseboards, thus not sure how protective it was. It moved as walked upon. The doors and windows not protected at all. There was roller splatter on our wood floors beyond the poly, and on door handles. Did not remove items such as heat registers, cold air returns, thermostats and other wall items but rather just painted around them which is a lazy way to paint. Should have inquired about their pricing in more detail, as over charged for material and labor was terribly expensive for the short time they worked."
