Luis came with his high-end equipment and a few helpers to clean and sanitize my carpets. The equipment use high-heat/steam to clean and sanitize, and Luis also used various pet-friendly sprays to get stubborn stains clean. The carpets look amazing, and my house actually smells noticeably fresher (it wasn't bad before, but we could tell it was cleaner!). Kudos to Luis and his team -- they really care about customer service and doing the job right!"
