Gerry talked through what we wanted done with our maple tree, gave us some advice, and gave us a written estimate on the spot. On our appointment day, Gerry called to let me know that Marcos and his crew would be coming out and when to expect them. Marcos and crew definitely knew what they were doing. Robert was very pleasant and efficient and even took the time to spot treat the few unavoidable weeds that had materialized since the last application. At the same time Robert arrived we had received a shipment from another company for a product that weighed over 160 pounds. When he noticed the shipping company technician would not bring the container into the house, Robert offered to do so for us! It was a beautiful act of kindness on his part and we are so grateful for his generosity. Our lawn is looking great with NaturaLawn.
