"Mr. Diamond came a day late for the quote. I gave him full payment expecting him do come the following Saturday while I was out of town. I called him to see how it was going and he told me it was raining here would do it the next Thursday. Then he said the same excuse and on and on. It's been 2 in a half weeks and still no roof finished. He sent a crew Friday and they left a half poorly done job. Now Mr. Diamond will not take my calls again. I tried to get my money back a week ago but he refused. I have given him more than the benefit of the doubt. With all the storms please be aware of this when you choose your contractor."

"Budget dumpster is horrible. First, they delivered a dumpster that had someone else's garbage in it (multiple fast-food restaurant bags). The dumpster was rusty, falling apart, and has holes all in it which is not conducive to construction material (nobody wants nails in their driveway!!) Not only that, but we ordered it for a week on Tuesday 8/20. We scheduled pick-up for the following Tuesday 8/27, and were told there was a 3-day window for pick-up (so sometime between Tuesday 8/27 and Friday 8/30). It is now Tuesday 9/3 and this dumpster is still sitting in my driveway!!! I have called multiple times and all the lazy customer service women sitting on their couches answering the phones just tell me they have "put in a ticket" and "can't transfer people to management." Why even have a customer service department if they can't actually help? Worthless company, would absolutely never use them again, and will be demanding compensation for money lost with rescheduled deliveries."
