Because I was concerned about water drainage from my patio, they even installed a drainage system around the edges, to be sure the water had a place to go. Rain was expected the next day, so those men worked non-stop from 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. to remove the old patio, prepare the site and pour our cement so it had time to cure. I don't think they even broke for lunch. The patio looks great, drains properly and all for a very reasonable price compared to other contractors I had out. Atila was great to work with, his crew works hard and are very attentive to detail, and Beth in the office is very responsive. Great Job!"

"We're very pleased with the final result, but oh what an ordeal to get there. First of all, Gary subcontracted the installation without telling us. The sub brought the wrong window because Gary didn't tell him which one was required by our contract. Worst of all, Gary's installation drawing was wrong. Based on the drawing, the sub installed the window too high, requiring a lot of re-work. The sub told me that Gary wouldn't pay for any additional time or materials to fix the error. I ended up paying extra directly to the sub so he could get the supplies needed to complete the job correctly. When there were issues, Gary could not be reached by me nor his subcontractor. He simply would not return phone calls. Although the sub's workmanship was very good, he was very unreliable. We spent several days waiting for him and he didn't show up nor call. Also, he should have caught the error in Gary's drawing much sooner. After the foundation was cut, a simple pull of a tape measure would have shown that there wasn't enough room for the window and a 10" header. Start to finish it was 15 days to complete a 2-day job. During that time they worked on six different days for a total of about 38 hours."
