"Andrei was very responsive to my request for an estimate. The estimate contained options for the project, and he completely reviewed the pros and cons. We chose full replacements of two flat roofs, and he also inspected and repaired our slate roof in a very careful professional manner. There was additional work required, as I expected, and Andrei kept me apprised with high quality photos that kept me informed about the needs and progress. The additional fees were very reasonable. I expect to have Mid_Atlantic inspect my roof regularly, as I'm also asking him to clean my gutters twice a year. You can't go wrong!!!"

"Fantastic response time - I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Felt cost of visit to come out and just use caulk to seal around things was high. Problem turned out to not be roof, but was due to air conditioner condenser backing up. Also, had H Parker Contracting and another company provided estimates to replace roof, and it was pointed out by the 2nd company that if I were to sell the home, I would now have a problem with the inspection, because the caulk was applied to seams, and that would give the appearance of a larger issue and that the roof would not pass an inspection. Not happy about that, but too late to do anything about it."

"Michael Scheinfield came when he said he would and did a preliminary appraisal. The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."
