"My wife and I bought a fixer upper house with awful textured plaster ceilings throughout. We called Francis and he said he could smooth it out no problem. He is very knowledgeable and presented us with different options every step of the way. Him and his crew plastered over every inch of ceiling in our 2,000 SF house as well as a few walls that needed to be touched up. There were some sections of wall and ceiling that were damaged by water and he was able to cut them right out, replace and replaster like it never happened. He is prompt, clean and clearly skilled at his craft. The attention to detail in every room, including the inset skylights and high ceilings in the stairwell, truly transformed the look of the entire house. Throughout the project I had a number of other projects going on in the house as well. We had a few large, deep cracks in the foundation which we had scheduled a specialty company to come out and fix. Francis checked on the cracks and walked us through the repairs. He was able to grind out the cracks, seal it inside and out, and fill it with an epoxy resin that hardens stronger than the foundation itself. He was able to do this at half the price and it came out looking brand new. My wife and I also brought up the idea of tearing up the worn out linoleum floor in the bathroom and update it with some new tile. Francis meticulously laid the intricate patterned tile, set the grout and caulked around all the edges. Like the ceilings, the tile floor transformed the bathroom in to a new space. Overall Francis is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He was able to do the big jobs we needed done as well as a lot of the odds and ends that we wanted done right. Not only was he able to do the work, but he had many suggestions along the way to make the finished product look just right. I would trust him with any future home repairs or updates going forward as I know they would come out great!"

"Completed a fairly major basement renovation with KBA a few months ago. KBA served as the general contractor, and was responsible for subcontracting specialty (e.g., pluming and electrical) work. Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements. Although there were a few minor hangups and delays, as can be expected with any big project, we were very happy with both the timeline and the outcome. The quality of the work was great, and the professionalism of all staff was outstanding. This was a large project that we were hesitant to move forward with at first, but once we started working with KBA, everything went pretty smoothly. Very good experience overall and would recommend to others."

"Curt was very professional and responsive from the moment we first called him. We had a dirt floor crawlspace with a large amount of moisture. The crawl space height was very low but Curt's crew managed to get in and de-mold and encapsulate the entire crawlspace. They also installed a thermostatically controlled dehumidifier which kicks on automatically when the moisture level gets too high. The crew did an excellent job under challenging conditions. The price was right too. Would recommend Curt and Real Dry to anyone needing basement or crawlspace solutions."

"I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!"
