"Carpet installation looks very good, but had issues with how it was installed. Floor register damaged due to duct being bent sometime during the process. Dirt left on steps following carpet removal was swept onto bamboo floor in kitchen and left there until after new carpet was installed. Sliders used to move furniture initially but not used once new carpet installed. Primer on baseboards following subfloor priming. Did not vacuum/clean up following install. Wall unit hit kitchen entrance trim during re-installation. Make sure you have specifics written into contract, such as old carpet disposal location (curbside or dump), and cleanup following install."
