When I brought it to the owners attention he assured me that this would not happen again. Luckily the rose started to come back, and I was very happy. Now the second time they came out.. and again they edged right over it and cut it down again. This time when brought to his attention he seemed to not care and definitely did not take any responsibility. His response was that he did not do it, that one of his guys did, and from now on he will tell his crew to not even go around the mailbox. So now the mailbox will not get edged? I will not be recommending his service to anyone. Very disappointed in the service I received. "
