"Great service. Showed up on time and repaired my sliding door. Cleaned up when done"

"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "I have had the pleasure of working with Fausto Construction Company on several projects now. One of them being staining the deck in our patio making it look brand new. The most recent service Mr. Fausto provided was fixing the garage. I accidentally hit the wall with the tire and damaged the wall by making a big hole in the drywall. That week HOA was doing the yearly inspection and needed it fix ASAP. I was able to count on Fausto Construction to repair it. We are very pleased with the service's Mr. Fausto provided, All the work was professionally done in a timely manner. Mr. Fausto worked with me to meet all my expectations. I highly recommend Fausto Construction Company!"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Jose was easy to communicate with. We texted back and forth, I send him pics of my broken garage door, and he accepted the challenge (after another garage door repair company gave up). Jose was very professional, easy to deal with, and a down to earth relaxed guy. I will be recommending Jose to the other homeowners in our HOA and I will definitely use him again for future projects. 👍🏼👍🏼"
