"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Dale came the first day ready to work. He brought and set up what he needed to do a wonderful job for us. He even brought extra lighting so he could see into darker corners to get the paint just right. Every line between colors is perfectly straight. I've never seen such straight lines between the colors of my walls and ceilings. We have natural, stained wood trim and hardwood floors in the house with no painted woodwork. We even have natural wood beams in one of our rooms. Talk about a tricky paint job with a wall color and ceiling color meeting with beams at every end. There wasn't a speck of paint on any of the wood when he finished. Areas on the walls that weren't positively perfect before paint went on were corrected before he painted them. He gave us a time each day that he'd return the next morning, and he was here at that time. He's a true professional, and he loves what he does. Such an artistic talent.
