"Jonathan took on this big job for a reasonable price. I've attached before & after pics. What a transformation! They leveled the space, over 1000 square feet. The property sits on a slope by the lake and the ground is very hard and rocky. They had to cut down two huge tree stumps. They removed and moved around a lot of dirt and were even nice enough to haul some over to my neighbor's to help him level his shed. Once the steps and wall were built and the pavers set, they leveled the walkway to the steps, moved my rock garden over to fit the new space, redirected foundation and gutter drainage pipes, laid mulch and cleaned up. I'm so happy with the results. It took longer than expected but some of that was due to weather and I'm happy they didn't try to rush through it. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a friendly and professional manner. The cost I list here does not include the cost of pavers, wall blocks and some sand. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
