"A three person team came out on time. They were hard working and quite brave to get up on a wintery roof in Minnesota to remove snow and chip and steam ice dams away. They were careful not to damage anything and left no mess behind. All in all, a very impressive work crew. I chose Doug's based on Angie's List reviews. Our materials and crew showed up as promised and the work was done fast and efficient and passed inspection with the City of Buffalo easily. With Nathan Knopp's guidance and support, we were also able to upgrade our gutter guard to a style/manufacturer that is better suited/engineered to our steep roof pitch for our designer lake home.
