"The team at Alpha 2 Omega was amazing! Julio was the first person I spoke to, and he forwarded my call to their front office to set up an appointment with Ruben in the Sales. Ruben was punctual, professional, super knowledgeable, and easy to talk to without any pressure to get our business. He educated us as to what kind of pavers to use to last longer and were less expensive. He measured the areas to be paved and gave us various options of tiles to choose from and the cost. He gave us a written estimate and emailed it to us while he was answering our questions and concerns. After going through his estimate, we already had half a dozen more estimates and raised more questions to Ruben and he returned my calls promptly. We decided and went ahead with the job. Their price was in the middle compared to other pavers with more to offer. Their work started as planned and they cleaned up each afternoon and the project was completed without any glitches or surprise charges. On the contrary, they went the extra mile, and we added more work to be done. They installed a drip system in the front and the backyard. They recommended another company to help us install two pergolas in the backyard and helped us with the wiring through an electrician at no extra cost to us. We highly recommend this company for any kind of outdoor work such as installations of pavers, water fountains, and so much more.
