"Fantastic job! I had watched them reroof a neighbors house and knew that if I ever needed a new roof I would use them. I called them for an estimate and Isaac was there the next day - July 4! The appt had been mistakenly booked on a holiday, but instead of canceling, he showed up, did a thorough inspection with pictures, and explained in detail what was needed. Three weeks later with a heat index of 107, they were there tearing the roof off, repairing some damage, installing OSB over the entire roof, and roofing. All done in a day. His crew did a great job! No blaring music. Not on their cell phones constantly. Clean up so perfect that you would never know they were there except for the beautiful new roof. Very professional from estimate to payment. Isaac went over everything that was done - with pictures, and reiterated that if there was ever an issue just call and they would make it right. I am very satisfied with RAM roofing. "I was originally expecting a plumbing leak because I had leaking under the bathroom at my first story ceiling. Plumber came out and said it was a roof leak. My house is only 4 years old, so I was concerned. I called Helton and even before they came out, they explained some common causes of roof leaks in newer houses. They explained that flashing is often put together with caulk instead of welded together, and that they were welders by trade also, so they could do all of the work. They came out the day after I called and looked over the roof to determine the problem and give an estimate for free. At that time, they found that there were numerous nail holes in the roof and that the flashing had been put on backward. They said they could fix it for $250. I called back to have the work done within a few days, and again, they came right out the next day to do the work. On the day of, I realized they may also be the appropriate company to have repair our downspout that had come loose from the house and disconnected from itself in one spot due to the welding experience. I asked the day of if they could do that as well, and they added that on for an extra $50 without any hesitation. I wasn't home when they did the work, but I came home to find the downspout very securely fastened to the house in several spots and bolted together firmly at every joint, the way it should have been done initially by the builder! I was VERY pleased! We had a very heavy rain last night, and there is no leaking, so they appear to have done a great job with the roof as well!"

"Recently purchased 107 year old home.  One side of stone foundation had crumbling mortar joints and missing stones. Needed repaired and tuck pointed. Woody came out examined the foundation and masonry work and had an estimate with in one hour of getting my call.  Very knowledgeable about very old masonry work.  Work was completed in 2-3 days by himself and crew or 2-3.  Went to great pains not to damage neighbors newly stamped concrete walk between houses.  Clean up was very complete and the foundation looks brand new.  Definitely would hire again.  Does everything exactly as he says he will."
