"Timing was right for a new roof. I knew Triple S had been a local company for many years. I appreciated being able to find out more on their website, as well as Angie's List. Jeff, one of the partner owners, got back to me the same morning that I called. We were able to meet latter that same day. I find Jeff to be very polite, professional and knowledgable. He emailed the estimate to me the very next day. I felt that with a reputable company, I would get the right price for the right job. I opted for a complete re-roof with GAF architectural asphalt shingles, seamless gutters and the Rhino Gutter Guard. Jeff put me on the schedule and stayed true to that. The four man crew were also very polite and all business. They were very organized bringing material and equipment in and removing demo debris, and excellent at clean up. Overall, the experience was very positive and the finished job looks beautiful."

"I wanted my roof to look better and needed someone to kill off some moss, lichens and darkening stains on the roof. The crew did a great job. Very professional. Cleaned up perfectly at the end. I really appreciate they used non-chlorine bleach to kill all growths. Living on a lake, it was very important to me that they not add any phosphates or chlorine to the lake water. "After getting quotes from 4 other companies for replacing our roof, we picked Tom Jannace Roofing. Several of our quotes were around the same price, but Tom who lives locally was able to convince me that they could do the job within a few days, as well as include all the things we wanted done in the price. As I was uncomfortable picking a roof color without seeing the colors installed on a roof, Tom drove me around pointing out the colors I was choosing from. Our roof was very professionally installed less than a week later. The workman carefully put up tarps to avoid throwing the old roof shingles on the flower beds. They cleaned up very carefully afterwards. The new roof looks amazing."

"Jacob and his team (JI Roofing) were friendly, efficient and professional. Jacob patiently explained the process for roof removal installation to my wife and me, and then his team installed the roof exactly as explained. The roof had a number of different pitches and valleys which were addressed properly. JI installed ridge vents on three separate ridges, replaced an old gable vent, and correctly applied roofing to existing gutter helmets. JI removed a large, old, non-functional solar collector and an attic fan from the roof at no extra charge, which enabled a better roof installation. JI replaced an old skylight and trimmed / painted the interior skylight surround as needed. Upon completion of the roof installation, the JI team went through several rounds of cleanup, to ensure that the surrounding lawn and garden were free from debris. We wholeheartedly recommend JI Roofing and Exteriors. They did an excellent job at a price that was competitive for Long Island."
