"The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."

The patio that we replaced was built 10 years ago and held up well for about five years, but then started to degrade at a progressively increasing rate. My wife and I were novices in this original undertaking, and it cost us. We learned that the base that the patio was built on was inadequate, and the pitch was too steep, among other things. When we first met Robert Cappella, he struck us as a true professional. He was very technically knowledgeable and told us about many things to be considered that we were not aware of. Robert is very gregarious and seems to love his work. As I mentioned earlier, he was more expensive than his competition, but we strongly feel that we received better value per dollar spent.
