Our front yard is full of weeds and our neighbors have said something in concern the weeds will spread to their yard. My husband emailed Masters, they came out promptly looked, said they would change the treatment and follow up to make sure the lawn improved. No one ever came back or followed up. Masters came today to provide the weekly service and our lawn looks bad. My husband is in the backyard pulling weeds and I’m about to retrim the grass myself because there are parts in the front and back left uncut. We’ve reached out multiple times and nothing has changed. I would very much not recommend."

They sent my bill to the wrong email address so I hadn't paid it. They called me demanding i pay, bullying me and rudely badgering me into giving my card number. They said it wasn't their fault, they had used my bulbs instead of theirs, and gave me $10 off my bill. They said I'd have to pay for another service call. I won't use Fraser Electric again!"
