We were coerced into using this company by the apartment complex where we stayed during the summer of 2016. The carpets and the apartment were immaculate when we moved out, but we had to pay this company anyway. There were a lot less expensive options available, but we had to use this company. Almost certainly a kick-back situation with the complex. We left a check for exactly what we were told by the apartment complex. A few days later we got a terse phone call from the company telling us we didn't pay sales tax!!! We told them we paid what we were told, and that nobody mentioned sales tax. They reluctantly ate this $6 sales tax charge."
