They also are good at explaining why certain things should or should not be done in order to keep the tree optimally healty. The only issue I had concerned a tree that they planted. I didn't receive instructions on how to care for the tree at the time it was planted. When I called about that, they apologized and said they forgot to give them to the workman for me and emailed them instead. That was fine. However, the description on the instructions of what the tree planting should look like when it was finished didn't match my tree. I inquired about that and they apologized and said that the workman was new to the company and hadn't yet been trained in how Grover expected things to be done. They said an arborist would come by to check it out and make sure everything was correct. That never happened. Unfortunately, at that time I had so many household issues that needed attention that I never was able to follow up on the query. But, other than that, they have been reliable."

The call center appears to not communicate to the service department and only takes the call to move on to the next call. They commit to schedules to get up of the phone resulting in another call days later after a no show."
