"J J Construction owner Khoa Ha completely replaced my upper and lower decks with composite. He solved many problems we were facing with the decks and designed a system to deflect rain water away from the house. The upper deck was 48'x12' and the lower deck 14'x21', also replaced existing stairs, added bench seating. and lights. In addition he also repaired/reflashed metal roof on the lower back of the house and address foundation concerns. His team were great to work with, hard working, professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the results of this 4 week project. I highly recommend J J Construction for any project. "I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work. "Dave was amazing! It was our first experience hiring a handy man and I would 100% recommend. He came in and fixed a hand rail that had been ripped from the wall, noticed that the other hand rail was also not attached to studs so he fixed that, and noticed that one of our doors was coming loose at the hinges and fixed it was well! He was obviously very experienced and knew was he was doing. We would happily have him come back and help with other projects in the future!"

"Aaron and his crew repaired water damage from a leak in our front porch roof. They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again."
