I was happy with the pleasant voice of the associate, the follow up email that contained detail instructions and information about the process the crew would use to clean my gutters, and the payment process. I got a $10 discount for being a first time customer. The crew called 30 minutes before they arrived, the crew asked me if I had any questions before they started the work, they answered my questions and made recommendations such no clog gutter cover installation, and the crew completed the work in approximately 20 minutes. I have already asked Atlanta Best Gutter Clearers to schedule a six months appointment. After the six months appointment I hope the work is just as excellent. "Overall, I am satisfied with the work done. They came promptly at the beginning of the day and were done by the end of the day. The only things that kept me from an A rating were that the grass reseeded areas did not respond well, although I realize the August is not the best month for this activity. One of the bushes that I kept was to be trimmed from the top; instead, the bottom was mostly removed leaving a rather funny looking bush. Also, the contract called for some of the areas to be outlined with stones and that didn't happen. Some of the areas were to be planted with pachysandra, but no new plants were planted. Instead, some of the old plants from other areas were placed but are only partially successful in taking. Still, with all that, I would definitely have them back again."

"I called Culligan Concrete and Masonry to get an estimate on re-doing my driveway.  He (Ray) came out the next day (Sunday) to do the estimate.  This was very impressive to me.  I didn't think anyone would come out on a Sunday and it was his suggestion.  In talking with him, I found out that I wasn't even his only estimate for that day.  He arrived approximately 10 minutes early.  Unfortunately I wasn't home yet but he had no problem waiting for me for the next 10 minutes.  Once I was home, he did the <br /> measurements and gave me a written estimate on the spot.   Ray also showed me pictures of work he has previously completed.  <br /> The only down-side for Ray is that he is booked for the next couple of months.  I did have other estimates done but I am going to wait the additional time to get him to do the job.  He is very professional, very personable and from the reviews I have read on his company, he is also very good at what he does.  <br /> One of the other companies I talked to didn't even care enough to come out to do the estimate, he told me everything over the phone, sight unseen.  I didn't like that.  He may be busy but so is Ray. <br /> I look forward to giving another review, once the work has been completed.  Thank you Ray. <br />"

"Everything was done to perfection, they did it so well that I had NO complaints, yay!  It looked like carpeting when they were done, there was not a twig out of place.  They were so gentle with the plants and everything looks impeccable.  Landscaping is expensive and I cringed a little at the price, but in the end we got experienced people who did a wonderful job!!!!  I will be using this company again!  Love love love!!!  Word of advice, dont wait till your garden is so overgrown that it takes more work to fix it, that is what costs so much money, I am sure if it was just edging and minor weeding and mulching the price would have been lower, but my property was beyond a mess!!  Use this company you wont regret it!!!   I have used many and have been so disappointed and had no faith and now I have it back.  They did what they said they would and came when they said they would, TWO things, sadly in the past I have not experienced with Landscaping companies. <br />"
