"The service they did was mediocre at best and they are not very careful. Had them cut trees down by my house and they decided to fell 1 of them right along the side of my house instead away from it and hit my roof and broke a window when I live in the forest and there was plenty of clear area to direct it towards. They also crushed my garden and fencing in this act. It has been 2+ months and they STILL have not fixed what they have broken and getting them to respond is next to impossible. So if they can't do any damage to ANYTHING on your property I would say maybe give them a chance but avoid them completely if there is a risk of anything being hit, no matter what the value because they won't fix what they break and will leave you for 2 months in the snow without a freaking window and your chimney crushed!!!!"

The workers had safety equipment, Kevin’s company is bonded and insured, which was important to us. The crew worked continuously and cleaned the site completely, chipping the branches and hauling everything away. Johnson’s was not the lowest bid, but we sensed a quality job. Kevin is an arborist and can « read » the pruning history of the trees. He knows his business. We got our money’s worth and will hire this company again! "I asked Green Lane Tree Services to remove a huge, dying agave (century plant) with a house-high bloom that was tilting close to our utility wires. They worked carefully and even managed to get the stump out manually, without harming the surrounding succulents. They also took out an old plum tree that storms had brought down, doing the job without damaging any of the plantings around that tree (we decided together not to take the stump out in this instance due to the proximity of other plants -- they consulted me on each question that came up during the work). They pruned an out-of-control bougainvillea and cut down a couple very tall, but dead, cypress trees. Finally, they cleaned everything up perfectly, and even sawed the plum tree into logs for us. And to top it all off, they charged considerably less than the quote I got from another tree service."
