The next morning I called RPI and within 2 hours a repairman (JJ) came to the house, He plugged some nail holes on the roof with silicone to stop the dripping. He took pictures of the skylight on the roof and said the entire skylight needed to be properly sealed. The residential supervisor would call me to give an estimate of the total cost.</p> <p> Eric (Residential Supervisor) called me two days later with the estimate, but we were out of town for a week. When I called him back we agreed to do the work and he would get it on the schedule within a week or ten days. He called me the next day and said they had a cancellation of a different project that day and could they come by and fix it that afternoon. They showed up at 1 PM right on time, and finished the project that afternoon. I was quite pleased with how quickly and efficiently the problem was fixed. Both Eric and JJ were very knowledgeable and polite. They also got the project fixed quickly--much faster than I expected!
