"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. Arriving early the next morning, they immediately had three windows out in our front room, and seven hours later were completely cleaned up, with every piece of exterior trim custom cut, installed and perfectly caulked. "I called Scott for a minor roof repair and after talking to him had him build a porch (4x6 with 3 steps and hand rails) at my back door replacing a concrete stoop. The porch turned out exactly like I wanted, and the price was very fair. In addition Scott did a couple of extras like moving the old stoop and replacing a couple of boards under the door at no extra charge. I will definitely use Scott for future work as I need it done. I used to do all of my own work but since getting a little older cannot do the heavy stuff any longer."

They quoted a reasonable price, were completely transparent with all costs associated and how the process would work, were extremely tidy and professional, and were very quick. We have small children, and they were extremely aware of and cautious around them when leaving to and from school and daycare. I had spare siding, and they even volunteered to replace some damaged siding at no additional cost. These guys were just great."
