"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

Then he looked at the front doorframe and he returned the very next day with what he needed to remove the cracked portion of the frame and replace it with the latch perfectly lined up, good as new for 1/20 of the cost of a new door unit! Personable but no nonsense, gets the job done right and quickly. I'm impressed, and I always feel better when I feel like I got a fair deal and was not at all taken advantage of. Thank you both."

"We had a piece of small molding that came off our porch from high winds that needed replacing. We also needed our two car garage door frame replaced from multiple dents from hockey pucks. Demyan came within a day to give us a quote and then had it repaired a couple of days later. On the day of repair, they were running a little late because they were on another job before us. We were scheduled for noon. I can't believe they actually called us to let us know they were going to be late and would be there in about half an hour. That was so courteous. They did the job quit quick (yes, it was only a small job, but quick nonetheless), and cleaned up nicely. They were all very polite. We will look forward to having them again for some other small repairs that we have in the back."
