"I am an out-of-state landlord with my granddaughter as my tenant. She has no room to store a gas lawn mower and works two jobs, so I depend on local pro's to do spring clean-up and then maintain the lawn through three seasons. Last year I used a lawn service recommended by our real estate agent in Warner Robins, but that man is no longer in business. This year I used Angi and within 12 hours had bids from two lawn pros. Jeremy with Lawn Pride Landscaping provided the best pricing and service levels. I prepaid him for the initial cleanup and for the first five mows.
