"I needed a wood fence replacement for three sides of totally 200 ft. I decided on a cupcake front, dog ear for the sides, to include a double sized gate. I went with AA Action Fence & my experience was exceptional from start to finish. I absolutely love my new fence. I did three estimates, but no one could top the proposal from AA Action Fence. After reviewing the reviews, I still had a few questions which were answered completely by Heather. Her customer service was outstanding, she set the tone for overall excellent experience. The crew, Carl, D’Andre & Jordan, were professional, highly skilled & they up a fence that had many of my neighbors stopping to admire. I had a few special request, all done without any hesitation. Great work, cost & service! I would definitely recommend, when I drive through my neighborhood, the craftsmanship of my fence is by far at the very top."

"I had an old wooden attic ladder that got broken from a water heater being carried down it. The door wouldn't close all the way. I purchased a replacement and realized it was too heavy for me to deal with. Chris contacted me and gave me a great price. He and his son Caleb came and installed (including cutting the ladder down to fit and also some additional adjustments for the hole so it fit accurately). They cleaned up the area and even got rid of the box that the new attic ladder came in. I was so happy with the work, I asked him to give me a price on another project."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Warner Robins, GA

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
