"I love sitting outside on my patio, but in the summertime it gets very hot. I was constantly moving my chair in order to get in the shade. I wanted some sort of covering to make my patio more enjoyable. I researched my options and decided on a retractable awning. Randy was my sales rep. He was very helpful in explaining my options. Ordered awning in July, 2021. Long delay in getting it installed. Had to get approval with my HOA, then awning had to be ordered, then winter came.... Anyway, awning was installed in March, 2022. Gary and Mitch were the installers. Installation went very smoothly. Awning looks great. The only 'con' was the cost. It was very, very expensive. More than I intended to spend. There are other awnings out there, the ones you see advertised on TV. I am certain that I got a top notch product. I believe you get what you pay for. And I will now be able to comfortably use my patio."

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"The work went well up until the bathroom counter top was shipped. Once it was installed, I noticed there were scratches on it. I'm not sure who was responsible for the scratches. US Marble was the manufacturer. No one seemed to want to take responsibility for replacing or refunding the product. The provider at first told me that he would look into it and fix the issue because he felt that the product was damaged during shipping. However, the manufacturer would not take responsibility either. After that, the service provider seemed to just let the issue go. Nothing has been done further to resolve the issue. Everything besides the damage to the product went well, but I am left with a scratched countertop."

Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."
