He took time to go to Home Depot with me, where we figured out what look would go best with the house and my budget. "Jason and Brian absolutely exceeded my expectations both in terms of the quality of their work and their customer service. They really went above and beyond in many ways. As an example, they built a beautiful stone retaining wall that merged into the walkway that was totally unexpected and added a very classy finish to the job. Their plants were of the highest quality and the few that we did not like (too short, the wrong color), they immediately changed them, no questions asked. Their landscaping crew led by Kyle were incredibly customer focused and professional and were so accommodating when my wife asking them to replant and move certain plants that were not quite to her liking. And the cherry on the cake was when they 'threw-in' some new flag stones instead of using some old stones that I had planned to recycle. In summary, I would absolutely recommend Ferrandino to any of my New Canaan friends and will most certainly be using them again. "I contacted Spartan via an ad and met with the owner Matt a few days later. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I told him what we were looking to have done and he gave me some great feedback and suggestions without being condescending and they actually made the project better without added too much more to the cost. I advised him that I had to have this done soon and he said that his crew could get it done in one day (yeah right). Well they pulled it off. The crew showed up Wednesday morning @ 7:45 and the last 2 left after 6:30pm. The crew was made up of the nicest most respectful guys, no swearing or goofing off. I bought them pizza for lunch (secretly negotiated by their boss) and they thanked me profusely. I can say that it was a rare and wonderful experience and would highly recommend and hire Spartan again. <br />"

"I was blown away at how well it came out. Fred Washburn and his crew are truly the best I have ever seen in this field. It is smoother than any tile floor I have ever walked on. I learned through the contractor that he does staining and stamping of concrete also and since I was so impressed and knowing concrete is only new once, I had him acid etch and stain the floor and it now looks like Tusan Marble!!! My friends and family are jealous because the floor looks better than thier bathroom tile : ) <br /> His crew waxed it to a shine that is mirror finished. I can even hire him to come back periodically to strip and wax it. <br /> I'm a raving fan! He is now working on the basement floor and walls of my 1872 Farmhouse to solve my mold problem permantently! <br /> Thanks guys!"
