"Rude team leader, (kicker is in the end of my comment), out of 5 movers, three were just trying to look busy and do nothing, meaning taking one small box like really small box and just make trip to the truck and back, caring the least about the stuff they were picking up and taking no care what so ever to protect the floor etc, here is the kicker, in the end they left two gym weights on the truck, when i picked up those from the truck the team leader claimed that these waights have been on the truck for months, so tried to steal my gym weights and created a mini scene but then very calmly said ok you can have them. In the end same guy cheated on the time; he arrived at 9.10 am and ended at 4.10 pm but he billed me for 9 to 4.15 and at $250 an hour it matters."

Miles & his crew were real diligent about communicating effectively regarding pricing & transparency. "Let me just tell you how much I appreciate them. I had a big move and although it was only 4.2 miles from where I lived, these angels had to move my heavy furniture in 92+ weather. They were professional, and courteous to me and my furniture. They were very pleasant...All of Them. The peace that I felt with them is unmatched by any other moving company.
