We have successfully completed a wide array of projects with particular emphasis on private commercial projects, custom homes, and major renovations. We are a small maintenance company that has been in business for over 17 yrs. We usually employee up to 3 people depending on the work that needs to be completed. We do occasionally use subs depending on specific type of work or size,the subs that we use have worked for us from the start of our business and can be trusted as much as we can be. Most residential work must be paid upon completion of work performed,while all commercial work will be invoiced at 15 days. All invoices may be paid by cash,good check, or credit card( small fee applies). As a thank you from us,all armed service members both past and present,will receive a 10% discount ( proof of service required) from us as a thank you for your service.
