"Hired to AFP to install 2 toilets in remodeled home which was being sold and inspected for final sale. Came in house the day of inspection and found both toilets leaking through 2 different ceilings doing thousands of dollars in damage. Lost sale of home and incurred a loss $15000 in final sale of home to different buyer. Affordable Plumbing owner refused to except responsibility for the damages and stormed out of home. If you are willing to take a chance on this company destroying your home then hire them but don’t be surprised that they don’t back up their work."

"Called this company in August 2019 and was finally able to make an appointment after many texts and phone calls before they ever got back to me (And I used them a couple years ago so I'm a returning customer). They were scheduled to come out on 10/17/19 at 9 AM. I scheduled my entire day around this time. They never showed up and will not return my calls. Horrible customer service. Will not call them again nor do I recommend them. All they had to do was return my calls and tell me they just couldn't fit me in. Now I'm scrambling to get my project done before winter. Very disappointed!"
