They had options and they had good ones. They were very precise about things. "You can do this, you can't do this because you know size limitation or code limitations." They just knew their equipment and they knew what would work at that time for a 15 year old house. When a house gets in the double digits you kind of wonder because the stuff the house came with is no longer being used or it has been upgraded or it is no longer available and you have to replace half of it. So it is a pretty frightening concept and Climatic came in and kind of said you have a 15 year old furnace and it was only supposed to last 12. It is an expensive endeavor. They had financing. They made it painless. They really did. They were like we know you don't know about the equipment but we do and here is what we can do."
