"Went amazing, Nick (highly recommend) came out to assess the situation on my 18 yr old (double drawer) dishwasher... he was careful not to break anything in the process, began trouble shooting parts, found out that likely due to heat and moisture of a dishwasher - the connector on one of the controller boards seems to not making good enough contact. He cleaned the connectors on both drawers before reassembly, and I had two fully working 18 yr old drawers on the spot with no new parts needed. Nick was also helpful to recommend brands that were less likely to see repair after purchase, I wasn't sure if I'd go with Fisher & Paykel again in the future - but I've had so few problems, and even now at 18 yrs the machines are working like new... so with Nick's insightful inputs, I'll probably upgrade to the latest Fisher/Paykel double-drawer model when I get to that point. I'm an engineer by trade, so I already know many of the likely appliance trades - and Nick of Sterling Appliance did a great job... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, especially if you no idea about the appliances and need to trust the repair service. :) Nick did a wonderful job, explaining what his concerns were - and wasn't pushing a bunch of unnecessary alternatives... he was there to help me understand how to move forward."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"They very responsive, cordial and came ahead of time. The repair man Jason was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job. His job was a little (maybe a lot) more difficult because we tried to fix the oven ourselves. We took a lot of pieces apart, had many screws laying around but couldn t remember how to put it all back together. Tough job that most people would turn down! He even cleaned my oven which clearly needed it! I will definitely hire them again. Thank you Omar and Jason for your great service!"

"I would definitely recommend Baqir and ND Appliance Service LLC for appliance repairs. Baqir was excellent to work with. He was very responsive, communicated clearly throughout the process, and was flexible with scheduling. He quickly repaired my range, replacing a burnt-out switch while also identifying and addressing a malfunctioning heating element. The repair was completed quickly, and everything is working great now!"

"Service Master was quick to respond to my request for help with a gas oven that was not working. We scheduled a time that was convenient for me (a weekend), and the technician showed up ahead of schedule (which was good). He very quickly identified the problem, gave me a quote for repair, then fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy with their responsiveness, price, and quality."

"Sammy Appliance Repair did an excellent job in fixing my whirlpool ultimate II electric dryer. They told me exactly what was was wrong, what they would do, and how much it would cost. They were true to their word. They showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and wouldn’t recommend them to my friends."

"I would highly recommend using A-1 Appliance Repair Service. JD was fantastic. He took my call and was at my door less than 2 hours later. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer, gave me a quote and had the parts needed to fix it on the spot. I will definitely call him again for any other appliance issues. 10/10 service!"

"Our oven wasn't heating up well or staying at the correct temperature. Our tech, Sunny, was great! He showed up on time (with a mask, of course!) and got right to it. He didn't even mind that our small dog kept trying to get into his tool bag. He quickly diagnosed that our igniter was out and needed to be replaced, got the part from his truck, and completed the repair professionally and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Sunny to our neighbors and friends!"
