While Tomas went to get supplies, Antonio helped me with a small project (20 mins for him) I could not do myself. They cleaned up very well after their work. I will use JW again, for sure."

"Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. I would definitely hire John and his team againâ ¦ but hopefully I wonâ t need to!"

"I contacted references prior to interview/site inspection -  all reference were very happy with contractor, but none of them had any insurance work done.  
Interview was favorable except the contractor did verify that he does not do much if any insurance work.  
The real problem was the inspection of the damage and his repair strategy.  First of all, despite the fact that his office insisted that I provide them a copy of the insurance company estimate ? he had not even looked at it prior to the appointment.  He had not read the detailed engineers report that outline the corrective action needed.  
His suggested approach to repair the damage did not follow the engineer?s recommendation.  Needless to say I did not have this contractor provide an estimate.  
Based on his references, he does great work for remodeling where he is in control of all aspects of the job.  Would not recommend for insurance work were he would be required to work with the insurance company / engineers in meeting recommended repair strategies."

The details of the whole process, including the drop off of the roofing materials, the date and time of the arrival of the roofing installers, and the integrity and punctuality of the these installers despite the very hot weather all was commendable. The work was completed in one day, and the owner came by to inspect work done days later prior to our final payment of the process.
