Builders Fence was very prompt and responsive in coming out and providing a detailed bid, including all steps required for permitting and installation. Their price was fair. We put off the work because of COVID, and when I came back months later, they honored the price they had quoted earlier, even though the market for their work had improved. All communications were clear and timely. The crew was professional, courteous and careful with my garden. The fence looks great. Highly recommend."

"What a great company! We had over 300 feet of treated wood fencing we wanted done - about 100 of privacy and 200 of open slats. We got 4 estimates and I have to say that AAF came out in a timely manner - I didn't have to wait days. I think they came out the next day. Nino (owner) was fast and "no frills" which I love. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy and didn't come across as superior to other companies. His price was good. But the main reason we chose him is there was no wait. He was willing to come out the next week plus we saved some money. Also his installers are real fence installers - not just people who are picked up for a job. Once our K was signed, Miss Utility came out and in a couple more days the lumber was delivered and in a couple hours the fence installers showed up and went to work. They were so fast - first they had to remove our old chain link and then they laid the posts. The next day they put up the rest of the fence. There were only 3 men and they worked efficiently and professionally. The fence is beautiful - so straight and perfect. We were so impressed with the workmanship and quality. And they cleaned everything up. They were great people to work with. We live in Burke. If anyone wants to come look at our fence, you are welcome to pm me and I will give you our address. He did a great job of communicating with me as to what would be done on each day, what I needed to do to prepare the house for each day of work and finished the job on time with no issues. The drywall was installed perfectly, the stains on the ceiling were removed and did a great paint job. He also did a wonderful job of cleaning the work area when he was finished each day and at the end of the project. Would definitely hire him again. "

"Julio Escobar, President of ET General Contractor, responded with 24 hours to my initial query and arranged to visit my house within another day to discuss my plans. He listened carefully, and made excellent suggestions, including frank opinions of what was and was not possible and at what cost. He then gave me an estimate within a few days with pictures of the kind of stone retaining wall that he recommended. Once work started, it was completed within four days completely to my satisfaction. Julio himself was in regular contact with me and visited the site where his team was working at least twice each day, supervising all aspects of my work while at the same time attending to projects elsewhere. Changes and challenges that came up in the course of the project were incorporated easily. The final wall - a structure in two parts across the entire front of the house, and made of sculptured stone blocks embedded in a firm foundation - was very professionally done and looks beautiful. The three vegetable patches - enclosed by 4x4 wood beams and filled with topsoil (as was the area behind the retaining wall) - are also solidly and professionally built. I'm entirely satisfied and will definitely work with Julio again in future."
