"Craig’s landscaping is a top notch landscaping company. I have relatives who use them and have had excellent results so I decided to take a look for several projects I have around the house. I was pleasantly surprised at the capabilities and price. I have a 2 + acre property that needed extensive weeding, trimming, mulching and plant removal. The price quoted was very reasonable and the turn around time was even more of a surprise. The team arrived on time and went to work. I am typically hands on as projects take place but found I never once had to intervene. The team did a fabulous job in all facets of the project and accomplished all tasks in a professional and timely manner. The end result was 100% perfection. They took my landscape to the next level. I went one step further and hired them to cut and trim the yard. Again, perfection at all levels from cutting and trimming and the time it took to complete the tasks. "Needed to replace culvert and cover with asphalt. First - Jason came on-stie to look at the job. He explained the work needed and the process. J&K does not do asphalt but did arrange to have asphalt laid. Was extremely nice to deal only with Jason and not have to worry about finding someone to do the asphalt work separately. All included in one quote. Second â Received quote for the work promptly. Third â J&K Installed the culvert and new asphalt, completed in a reasonable time. Weather delays. Fourth â Found out there was a second problem which caused the old culvert to fail. Needed the drainage ditch cleaned out because over the years it had filled in with dirt. The water was not running as it should. Jason investigated what it would take to correct the issue and made a recommendation. Give us a quote for the work and start immediately. We are VERY satisfied with all the work they have done. Special note -J&K work crew cleaned up after themselves each day. One more thing I need to say about this job site. Exceedingly difficult because of the drainage issue, but Jason and his team stayed the course, took their time and the water is running off. Their work is very professional. Looks WONDERFULL. Would highly recommend J&K Gound Maintenance."

They hide behind a 72-hour window recall policy (they set the system to run at 4 AM) and charged me a revisit fee. They also claimed that the rain sensor wasn't included in their guarantee, so why did they set it up when they initially came out? They quote a replacement cost of $300, the part is available for $80 on Amazon, and can easily be installed. I don't recommend using this company."

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
