"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. The rake board had a few more issues in that we had a "miss communication" regarding what we actually wanted done. We had asked them to repair the rake board but it turned out the board itself was rotted. It unfortunately took two attempts to get it taken care of properly. Fortunately the resolution to the issue was quite good and we were happy with the end result.

"We had a leaking water heater, and by the time we found it had been leaking, the water had done significant water and mold damage to our floors and drywall. Our insurance carrier gave us the names of a few restoration companies in the area, fortunately I chose Water Damage America. Water Damage America arrived the next morning after our call, and immediately went to work setting up industrial strength dehumidifiers to dry everything out. This process took a week due to the extent of water damage. Our project manager kept us informed about how things were progressing, and was always available for us to call him to ask questions, which he answered thoroughly.
