He became very hostile when I addressed my concerns to him. At that point, I decided that I did not want him to continue to work."

Things that were discussed initially were not able to be done when the project was finally started many months later. It was very frustrating. However, Stratum did its best to remedy the situation and it worked out so that we were all satisfied. The window is good and I would hire them again for another project. However, I would be more careful to have things drawn out, clarified and would ask a lot more questions."

The competitor placed the pop up drain 10 feet from the house in a low spot, which created a swamp. Quality did an A+ job fixing the problem. They were timely, professional and UNDER budget. Very honest and high quality work. They even did some extra sodding and dirt work at no charge."
