The crew was punctual and helpful. They communicated with me throughout the job, accommodated extra adds on I requested, and they were very clean. The work was done well and done on time. "The entire experience was great from start to finish. The price was reasonable and within what I would expect to pay for the scope of the work. In order to upgrade my service the power company had to be called to disconnect power then CW electric did their work, then the work had to be inspected by a 3rd party, and finally, the power company had to come back and reconnect the power. CW electric coordinated all of this. Michael came out promptly at 8 AM on the install date, had the power company there 10 mins later to shut off power, and promptly went to work. They estimated power would be off for 6 hours. Michael had it back on in 5, got the work inspected, and was out the door at the 6 hour mark. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and even offered advice when I asked about some future renovations I am planning on. I also love the new Leviton electrical service panel which is a nice bright white instead of the usually boring grey. IT has large easy to identify and switch breakers. They are green when on and red when tripped. Also, when I had a question after the install; CW electric returned to fix an issue that turned out not to be a problem after all. I recommend this company and would definitely hire them again and probably will in the future."

"I hired Kloock's Electric to install a television antenna. They came out to do an estimate and we discussed equipment options. I decided on an antenna and amplifier and requested that they install the antenna strapped to a chimney. I received a quote for the work and equipment costs. They ordered the equipment and came out to install it when the equipment arrived. The install went well, and it was apparent that the installer had done this before. They were professional and courteous."

"My experience with Master's Electric was great. They were fast to reply by email and came out quickly after I purchased their deal of 4 hours of electrical service for about $200.  I planned on renting out my current house and I wanted someone to inspect the current wiring and make sure everything was safe and up to code for renting.
The three way light switch in my basement stopped working and the wiring was a mess (old house). He ran some new wires and replaced one of the light fixtures in the basement. Also, after some shoddy bathroom remodeling by another contractor, my bathroom light got tied into my bedroom light switch. The bathroom light would only turn on when the bedroom light was on.  He was able to go into the attic, find the wiring problem and correct it.
Lastly, the ceiling fan in my dining room was wobbling a lot. He took it down and noticed that there was not a proper fan box in the ceiling for a fan. We decided to just put a light there instead. I had a spare light in the house from another remodel project and he put the new light up quickly.
Overall, a great experience with Master's Electric. I will contact them again for any future electrical needs.
