When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. They arrived, got down to work, explained what they saw on the roof, and we re not overly chatty. Importantly, they respected my property. Also, I had a lot of changes and delays before settling on the final project and they we re totally patient with me. Would definitely use them again.
