"I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my experience with Premier Roofing - from the initial phone call to inquire about an estimate, to meeting with Ricardo regarding the pricing for a 50 year roof, material to be used, scheduling a day for the install, to the work crew installing the new roof and finally with meeting with a Premier rep to insure the work done was as contracted - even the status calls and follow on calls from Samantha (she was really professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the work being done - super employee!!!!!) I have to say this project was the best experience I’ve ever had with a home construction/repair company. Everything Ricardo and I discussed and I contracted for was completed on or ahead of schedule and without any problems or issues. The quality of the work is of the highest caliber, the install crew was well prepared for every facet of installation including the often overlooked site cleanup. Nothing was left out - including a very comprehensive sweep of my entire property for screws, nails, sharp metal objects with their “magnetic rakes”. I highly recommend Premier (Roofing) to any homeowner looking for a new roof, at a great price and installed exactly as specified. The entire company is one I feel is truly the best because each employee absolutely cares about and are proud of the high quality of work they do. Prior to undertaking the work, our contact person (Nick Perkins) outlined the work to be done and promptly answered all questions and concerns that we had. The work was completed and the clean-up finished in one day, and our one concern regarding a gutter installation was satisfactorily addressed. "A&M Roofing replaced my roof and skylights. They did a good job installing the roof and they were very cooperative. They displayed good attitude and were easy to work with. The new skylights have some marks on them that were probably caused by their work and I think they can be removed. I asked them to clean the skylights and they came over and cleaned the skylights and did a pretty good job. They didn't use bucket of water to clean, they used Windex spray. I realize they're roofers, not window washers, so it would be best to hire a professional window washer. However, since they install skylights I feel they should be able to improvise on window washing. I would grade them A for roof."

"I checked lots of reviews from various companies before choosing Roofer911. Steve came out and provided an estimate for a new Roof, Gutters, and Fascia boards spanning the front and rear of the home. I wanted the Fascia boards completely replaced with pvc composite. Unlike other contractors, Roofer911 didn't need or want a large deposit. Steve said that I would write him a check when I was completely satisfied with the installation. His estimate was very competitive, and I had others that were thousands higher. Young, the scheduler, was great to work with and extremely professional and responsive. The roofing team was meticulous in checking and replacing all damaged roof boards, very impressive. They even painted my ugly flu a nice black to go with the Pewter Grey roof. I did have a couple of questions when the gutter team was on-site and I contacted Steve. Steve answered right away and resolved the issue with the team leader immediately. Steve was on-site for the start of the project and always available by phone. The roof and gutters look great!"

"I have a small roof that is in good shape and wanted a professional roofer to reseal around the chimney flashing and replace any missing or damaged shingles prior to sale. <br>Bill not only resealed the flashing but also resealed the other vents and caulked a crack in the chimney mortar.  He carried shingles in several colors with him so the one or two shingles he replaced were a close match to the existing shingles. <br>Additionally, he wrote an assessment of the roof on his invoice that I will be able to use during the sale. <br>Quite a lot more than expected and I will absolutely call him when needed again. <br>"

"Our experience has been the best possible. My wife and I could not recommend them more highly. We were originally referred by a housing contractor who did major revisions to our house in 2008. He has worked with Affordable for many years. We used Affordable originally for some relatively minor roof repairs and were very satisfied. They made no attempt to upsell us to additional work or full roof replacement, and their costs were very reasonable. So when our chimney was hit by lightning last year, also damaging our roof, we naturally called them first. They offered us the option of just repairing the roof or replacing it. Since our roof was over 20 years old, we chose replacement. The job was done on-time and within the very reasonable price that they had quoted us, with no surprise addons. Their staff, both office and onsite, are very helpful, informative, respectful and personable. The onsite staff worked efficiently, without interrupting us at all, and did a truly excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.
