He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Adam came to our home for a consultation because we had several pet stains and he wanted to give us an accurate quote for the cleaning.  The consultation took only 5-10 minutes and he quoted us for a price that was very close to what the actual cost was.  We were on vacation when he did the actual cleaning, but when we returned we were very pleased with the results.  The carpet looked almost like new, and smelled fresh and clean.  We had a stain in the hallway that he removed completely.  He left the receipt/bill on the kitchen counter and we mailed him a check.  Overall it was a very easy process.  The only thing we had to do was remove some of the smaller furniture items (coffee table, end tables) and pick up any clutter.  He was able to move the larger furniture such as the sofa and chairs.  We are very pleased with the results and would use Heaven's Best again! <br />"
