"Generators of Maine just completed the installation of a 14kw generator with parallel transfer switches, to protect 2 separate metered panels at a rental property that I own. I didn't even know that this was possible, until Doug Sawyer suggested it. The incremental cost of protecting the additional panel with the parallel transfer switch arrangement was a fraction the cost of an additional generator and transfer switch. Throughout the job, Doug and his crew were awesome. I am a terrible snoop who enjoys technology, so I hung around just watching and learning. They didn't seem to mind my presence and were friendly and informative through out the install. Every aspect of the job was 100% top-notch. Doug also managed to under bid his nearest competitor on every component and aspect of the job, including the annual maintenance contract, which I deemed to be worth the $$$. "When I first called, Josh Tibbets was very kind and patient while I explained what kind of installation I was looking for. The installer was able to come out within days of my generator arriving. He was very nice and insisted on cleaning up after himself in the basement even though I told him I'd take care of it. There was a minor issue after he left regarding power being out to a couple of appliances. I called TRT and Josh said he would have him come back right away.
