"Alfredo and crew did a ton of back-breaking work, the area didn’t allow lots of machine use, just sweat and labor. And, they were not afraid. (Previous bids/interviews wouldn’t touch it because of the need of hand labor) The crew understood what needed to be done and did not hesitate. Sometimes, a job needs hands on instead on reliance on mechanical assistance. His estimate was very reasonable versus large operation quick fix. If you’re looking for a good homeowner /contractor relationship, this is the answer. Wait times are minimal and work done quickly. My project was straight forward and he was able to successfully complete it a couple days. Don’t expect high pressure sales, just straight forward plan. My past experience with other concrete contractors was very disappointing. If you have a special project or even something straight forward, Alfredo’s company should be your first call. Next concrete job needed, I know who to call. And, to top it off, Alfredo is very, very proud of his work. It’s s personal goal. You will not be disappointed."

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."

"My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result of this project. It looks so good. The epoxy coating on the parameter foundation blocks and the concrete step to the house ads a perfect touch to the new clean look. I can now sweep the floor without dealing with concrete chips, dust, rough surface and cracks. We are also extremely pleased with the entire process of the project, including inspection and estimate, work scheduling, work completion and final inspection and satisfaction follow up. Terry, Ron, the lead workman and partner were all great to work with. I told the workmen the reason I chose Great Garage Floors was that they had done a neighbors garage floor 5 years ago and I really liked the job that was done and how well it was holding up. "The job started as a routine re-shingle job but it was discovered that the wood under the shingles was rotten and had to be replaced. Mike took pictures of the problem areas and emailed them to me at work and then called to talk through everything. Even though there was additional and more extensive work than expected, the crew finished the job on the same day and because of the added expenses he worked out a payment plan that was outside of the standard options which I really appreciated. I first learned about Over Under Construction from a friend referral and I was very happy with the communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of the job so I will now be giving high recommendations to anyone I know who are looking to have roofing jobs done in the Twin Cities.
