"DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS They up-charged the parts for my refrigerator by OVER $200 and then proceeded to charge $240 dollars in "labor" for 20 minutes of work. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats."

"My experience with Clean Air Genie was great. They were professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me clearly and provided pictures and videos before and after the work was done. My air ducts were pretty bad (hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years) and they were able to get them very clean and sanitized. I appreciate that their prices were transparent and fair for the work. I will definitely recommend!"
