I think based on the size of their company I think they got a little overwhelmed by the response from their ad. They were professional and did a good job. He took time to do a couple of extra things for me, as far as shaping some landscape lights and things that I didn't have an eye for. I appreciated that."

"I was satisfied with what they did, but it was what they didn't do that I was upset about. One of the brothers came and did an estimate for me. We discussed mowing the lawn and weed eating but we also discussed cutting down a few shrubs and making the lawn look a little better. They cut the grass but never cut down the shrubs. When I called them to tell them that I wasn't satisfied, they never called me back. I sent a letter with my check and they still have yet to address the issue."
